PRODUCTION AND SERVICE CENTER KAPLICE

The Kaplice facility is primarily engaged in servicing forest equipment and manufacturing the iron horse KAPSEN. The workshop has its own equipment for the production of hydraulic hoses and the repair of hydraulic cylinders. Another piece of equipment in the workshop is the BIMOTOR, which allows the repair of pin bearings. This mobile device can also be used when a service technician visits the machine directly, which saves the customer's transportation costs.

IRON HORSE PRODUCTION KAPSEN

We started producing the iron horse in 2007 and since then it has changed beyond recognition. Based on the practical experience of our customers, we are improving our machine in all respects. Since then, we have produced more than 340 machines. We are currently preparing other innovations and modifications that we will implement during 2025.

MACHINE REPAIR AND SERVICE

The workshop has equipment for repairing forestry machines, manufacturing hydraulic hoses and repairing hydraulic cylinders. Another piece of equipment in the workshop is the BIMOTOR, which allows for the repair of pivot bearings. This mobile device can also be used when a service technician visits the machine directly, which saves the customer's transportation costs.

CHAIN ​​GRINDING

Our technicians will sharpen the chain for both your chainsaw and harvester head.

SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

Our workshop in Kaplice also includes a large warehouse of spare parts and accessories for forestry machines. The wide range includes: anti-skid chains, traction tracks, forestry tires, grapples, tires, cutting parts, hydraulic oils and filters.

PRODUCTION OF HYDRAULIC HOSES

We supply hydraulic hoses for harvesters, forwarders and other forestry machines. Alternatively, our technicians can custom-make hydraulic hoses to your specifications.
